One of the things I love most about blogging, is the amazing community and blogger friends I have made! I’m always excited to spend a night with these girls! And I was super excited to celebrate Mother’s Day a few days earlier with a screening of Mother’s Day, hosted by Brianne from Stroller in the City.

Mother’s Day Movie
The main reason I was looking forward to this movie, after being able to spend a girls night out with my blogger friends, is because I am obsessed with Jennifer Aniston lol. Friends, popcorn, Lindt Truffles, and a feel good Jennifer Aniston movie was a perfect way to spend a Monday night!
I don’t want to spoil the movie for you, but here’s a brief synopsis of what’s happening:
Sandy (Jennifer Aniston) is a stressed-out, single mom who learns that her (hot) ex-husband is marrying a much younger woman. Her friend Jesse (Kate Hudson) is a fitness freak who doesn’t tell her parents that she has a family. Sisters Jesse (Hudson) and Gabi (Chalke) get an unexpected surprise from their mother, who is not happy to find out Gabi is a lesbian and Jesse is married to a man of color. Bradley (Jason Sudeikis) is a widower who’s trying to raise two daughters on his own, while Miranda (Julia Roberts) is too busy with her career to worry about having children.Kristin (Robertson) is enjoying life as a new mother but is feeling pressure from her boyfriend to get married. You begin to see how all of the stories start to intertwine. When their respective problems start coming to a head, the Mother’s Day holiday takes on a special meaning.
Mother’s Day was a fun, entertaining feel good movie. Go see it with your Mom! http://fandan.co/mothersdaymovie
