Easy homemade Hummus
  • Ingredients:
  • 1 can organic no salt added chick peas, drained and rinsed
  • ⅓ Cup Tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • ¼ Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  1. Combine all ingredients, except olive oil, in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade
  2. Turn food processor on and slowly add the olive oil. Pulse until the hummus is smooth and creamy
  3. Serve with chips or cut up veggies
