Put them in their lunch box for added protein that’s also a treat, as an after school treat, or even as part of a healthy breakfast. Made with Plant Based Protein Powder , healthy can also be delicious. The recipe is super easy and fun for your kids to help. And the whole thing takes less than 20 minutes. That’s my kind of baking!

Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/2 cup oats (use gluten free Oats if you wish to make the cookies Gluten Free)
- 1 1/2 scoops Plant Based Protein Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mash the banana with a fork. Add the oats and protein powder and mash in with the banana. Make into cookies, place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
